Artist Statement – Mother of Peace

Mother of Peace is a tribute to the strength, nurturing spirit, and guiding presence of Mother. The flowing figure, cloaked in vibrant colors, represents life, hope, and the sacred role of women as carriers of love and wisdom. The dove, a universal symbol of peace, offers an olive branch—reminding us of reconciliation, harmony, and renewal. The dotted patterns connect earth and spirit, weaving together tradition, resilience, and the eternal circle of life.
This painting honours the deep bond between humanity and creation, and calls us to embrace compassion, healing, and peace.
